History is a persistent teacher. And historical memory is the foundation of the existence and future of the Greek people. All the more so in difficult times and in times of revisionism. <\/p>\n<p>This is why the government&#8217;s decision to withdraw our weapons systems from Karpathos, Didymoteicho and Cyprus raises major questions. All the more so since Turkey is brazenly threatening us with another illegal casus belli, in effect for our sovereign rights! The government must immediately call for an emergency EU summit on the incredible Turkish threats. We cannot stand idly by while <b>Turkey<\/b> carries out decades of planning.
