Markopoulos<\/b> said meaningfully that “it seems that because the needle is stuck for the opposition parties, another committee is needed in OPEKEPE<\/b> as tomorrow for wiretapping<\/strong>. New parties<\/b> are also coming.” <\/p>\n

According to Markopoulos<\/b> “in the previous inquiry a few months ago, there was a thorough discussion. Exhaustive<\/b>. Of course the populist<\/b> forces hardly cared about all this. What they sought was a few moments of tension and insults to get the necessary video on TikTok. That’s all they can do, that’s all they do. It’s not for more<\/b>.”<\/p>\n

As he pointed out, “in a case not related to bribing politicians, an altar of man-eating<\/b> was created<\/b>” and added that “instead of looking for the real mechanisms of corruption, instead of addressing chronic pathologies, you chose to personalize. Without any evidence of formality or attempted coercion<\/b>, nor does it constitute an offence such as disloyalty against the financial interests of the EU or damage some people want to defame political figures. Like Novartis where some people wanted to frame their political opponents “because they had elections to win” and so the opportunity to claim compensation from the company<\/b> was lost.”<\/p>\n

“All this is happening in anticipation of Tsipras’ party. This pressure is leading to criminalisation. We do not even know if more desperate actions will arise in the coming days, perhaps even a motion of impeachment<\/b>. We as an institutional faction with a sense of responsibility cannot allow the cannibalization of our cadres to develop without evidence. We say so far with moral-legal populism<\/b>. We draw a red line today. Moralism, after all, is the sheepskin of moderation.
