The thirteen-year wait has come to an end for the owners of Olympiacos BC, Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos.<\/b><\/p>\n
Satisfying all the wishes of Olympiacos coach, Giorgos Bartzokas<\/b>, they brought great players to Piraeus, and in their 5th consecutive Final Four and 11th in the last 17 years (since 2009 in Berlin) the Piraeus team rose again, for the 4th time in their history to the top of Europe, winning the Euroleague, inside the T-Center. <\/p>\n
Speaking to NOVA’s camera, they said of the anticipation that finally came to an end, “It’s hard to rationalize: there’s been 5 years of anticipation. We are thrilled, the fans were unique, it was special that we got it up here, it was worth the effort, the fans and the team, who have worked for so many years. <\/b>It’s not easy not to succeed, we have reached in Greece to F4 and not succeeding in the details is a failure, but let’s celebrate today.”<\/p>\n
