(IDE) announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, recording significant growth in all key financial indicators as a result of expanding international activity, strengthening exports and winning new strategic contracts. <\/p>\n<p>During 2025, the <a href=\"https:\/\/tomanifesto.gr\/etaireies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">company&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/tomanifesto.gr\/poliseis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sales amounted to \u20ac77.3 million,<\/b>compared to \u20ac52.6 million in 2024, an <b>increase of around 47%.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Ebitda increased by 96% to \u20ac7.4 million<\/b>, compared to \u20ac3.8 million in the previous year.<\/p>\n<p><b>Earnings before tax (EBT) increased by 144% to \u20ac4.3 million,<\/b> versus \u20ac1.8 million in 2024, mainly due to a significant increase in sales volume.<\/p>\n<p><b>Earnings after tax amounted to \u20ac3.1 million, up 149%<\/b> compared to \u20ac1.2m in 2024.<\/p>\n<p><b>Gross profit increased to \u20ac25.2m,<\/b> compared to \u20ac19.2m in the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>Innovation continues to be a key pillar of the company&#8217;s growth strategy supported over time by significant investment in Research and Development (R&amp;D). In 2025, <b>related expenditure increased by 26% to \u20ac14m,<\/b> compared to \u20ac11.1 million in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>At 31 December 2025<\/b>, the company&#8217;s contract backlog stood at \u20ac294.4 million<\/b>, while the backlog of approved R&amp;D projects amounted to \u20ac22.3 million.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cash and cash equivalents amounted to \u20ac26.1 million,<\/b> compared to \u20ac11.1 million at the end of the previous financial year.<\/p>\n<p><b>During 2025, IDE secured new contracts worth a total of \u20ac186.9 million, <\/b>while the company&#8217;s strong growth trajectory was supported by:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the expansion of international partnerships and export programs,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>expanded participation in NATO and European Union defense programs,<\/li>\n<li>increased demand for advanced defense and communications systems,<\/li>\n<li>IDE&#8217;s strong technology portfolio,<\/li>\n<li>continued investment in research and development activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the same time, the company significantly strengthened its workforce, with <b>total headcount at 562 compared to 471<\/b> in the previous year.<\/p>\n<p><b>George Truellinos, CEO of IDE, said<\/b>: &#8220;The 2025 financial results confirm the successful implementation of the company&#8217;s strategic plan, INTRACOM DEFENSE&#8217;s strong international position and its ability to respond effectively to market challenges.
