Mr. “The upgraded Sport for All Programmes are the State’s strongest tool to make sport an everyday activity for every citizen of our country. This is a conscious political choice, with a clear social dimension. Our aim is not only to highlight the benefits of lifelong sport, but also to strengthen social cohesion through the values served by sport. Working closely with local government, through strategic planning and generous funding, we are enabling more and more municipalities to actively participate in PAGO and EAGO. Our goal is to offer as many groups in society as possible the opportunity to participate in sport, in terms of equality and accessibility, for all ages, for all genders and with special attention to People with Disabilities.”
