As he pointed out, the momentum of Maria Karistianou’s political initiative is not only failing to gain traction but is expected to decline even further in the coming period.
“Elpida will deflate even further. I see Elpida as a Kasselakis-type party,” he said characteristically, making clear jabs at the way it attempts to communicate with the public.
At the same time, he noted that the problem seems to have been recognized even by the very people who support the effort.
“They have realized this themselves, and that is why they decided not to go on,” he said.
