With reverence and feelings of the deepest respect, the former Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, New Democracy MP for Achaea, Christina Alexopoulou, visited the Bishopric in Aigio to offer her heartfelt wishes to His Eminence the Metropolitan of Kalavryta and Aigialeia, Ieronymos, on the occasion of his name day.
During their meeting , Ms. Alexopoulou wished the Shepherd of the historic and martyred Metropolis good health, long life, and strength from on high, so that he may continue to guide the Christian flock of Aegaleia and Kalavryta with the same wisdom and prudence.

Following the conclusion of the visit, Ms. Alexopoulou made the following statement:
“The name day of His Eminence, our Most Reverend Metropolitan Ieronymos is a day of joy and spiritual uplift for all of Achaea. I had the honor of wishing him well and praying that the Lord grant him many years of life, free from sorrow and filled with blessings.
His Eminence is a spiritual beacon and a model of a tireless worker for the Gospel. His rich pastoral and social work, his quiet yet substantial contribution, and the love with which he surrounds every believer, constitute the best guarantee for the spiritual progress of our region.
We are and will remain supporters of the great work of our Church.”
