Kyriakos Mitsotakis is paying a visit to the municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni, with the mayor praising the support of the government in the implementation of critical projects in the region.
As part of the reception for the Prime Minister, the mayor of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni, Grigoris Konstantelos, spoke at length about the central government’s contribution to the region’s development, personally commending Mr. Mitsotakis for funding and promoting local infrastructure. Addressing the prime minister, Mr. Konstantelos emphatically stated that “all the projects being carried out in the region are the result of policy choices made by the Mitsotakis government; the city is being transformed with the government’s help”.
At the same time, wishing to convey the sense of satisfaction prevailing among his colleagues, he added meaningfully: “Both I and the local government officials thank him from the bottom of our hearts.”
The Regional Governor of Attica, Nikos Hardalias, who joined the tour, expressed a similar view. Mr. Chardalias praised the Prime Minister’s personal involvement and interest in Attica, emphasizing that “Kyriakos Mitsotakis is always ‘there’ for all our problems.”
