Donald Trump stated on Wednesday at the G7 summit that the U.S. would “immediately resume bombing attacks” if he does not like the agreement with Iran.

At the same time, the U.S. president stated that the proposed agreement to end the conflict in the Middle East, which is expected to be formalized at a signing ceremony in Geneva on Friday, “is not final.”

This is a memorandum of understanding, and if I don’t like it, we’ll start shooting at them again, dropping bombs on their heads. I don’t like it if they don’t behave properly. We’ll immediately start dropping bombs right in the middle of their heads again,” the president said at the summit in Evian, France.

The leaders of the wealthy Group of Seven nations—the U.S., the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Italy, and Japan—are gathering in the Alpine city for the summit, while among the guests are also representatives of the European Union and Ukraine.

At the same time, it is worth noting that in a joint statement, world leaders at the G7 Summit in Évian-les-Bains, France, welcomed the agreement between the United States and Iran.

The agreement, “provides a historic opportunity to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and to address the threats posed by its regional and ballistic missile activities,” the leaders stated, expressing their support for its implementation.
