The online voting process, which was decided by the Union and in which 1,253 of our members participated, focusing on the key issues of the constitutional revision in the chapter on Justice.

Participation exceeded all expectations and was nearly three times higher than in 2018 during the last constitutional revision.

We call on all political parties to take seriously the positions of the largest Judicial Union, as they were crystallized after a long period of discussion and dialogue, in an open, democratic process with broad majority support.

Judges and prosecutors overwhelmingly adopted the proposal of the Board of Directors’ Presidium on all the questions raised.

The results of the vote demonstrate the judiciary’s concern and interest in a more independent justice system that will succeed in regaining the people’s trust.
