A fire broke out at a hotel in the center of Athens.
The hotel on Omonia Square is currently open, and a large number of firefighters are on the scene to extinguish the fire.
Specifically, at noon on Sunday, June 28, a fire broke out on the eighth floor of the Alma Hotel on Dorou Street in central Athens.
According to reports, there are people trapped on the balconies.
Firefighters are rushing to the scene. Specifically, seven fire trucks with 25 firefighters, as well as a ladder truck, are on the scene.
