The political and judicial confrontation between Stefanos Kasselakis and Pavlos Polakis is escalating.
A fierce confrontation broke out between SYRIZA MP Pavlos Polakis and the chairman of the “Democrats – Progressive Center” party Stephenos Kasselakis, on the occasion of their court battle, which was scheduled for Wednesday.
The tension came to a head after Mr. Kasselakis posted on the X platform, claiming that Mr. Polakis requested a postponement of the hearing of the case.
Specifically, he said: “Paul Polakis has just asked for an adjournment for tomorrow’s court. The one in which he would have to prove I’m a “fraud.”It’s a shame when the moment of truth arrives to run away.”
This post provoked an angry reaction from Pavlos Polakis, who in a social media post called them “impostors.”
“How much of a TRAITOR you are, is shown by the fact that my lawyer Yannis Apatsidis asked your own lawyer Mr. Peleki for a postponement, because he has another court, YOUR LAWYER AGREED and now you come out and make this post!!! I would be there, although because it is civil I could not speak! Witnesses would speak to the veracity of the characterization though! You are desperate and it shows!!!! This is the fate of those who have already been convicted of false pretenses, those who hide offshores in Marshall and those who are starting to go undetected in the polls!!! Okay crook;;;;,” Polakis replied.
