The ADEA has launched a new digital application providing taxpayers with an immediate overview of established debts against legal persons or entities for which they are jointly and severally liable (Art. 49 of the CCP, Law 5104/2024, A58).

More specifically, interested parties can now be informed in detail about:

  • Their debts arising from their participation in the management/representation of legal persons or entities for which they are liable under Article 49 of the CCP.
  • The status of these debts, i.e. whether they have been subject to an instalment arrangement.
  • The details of the arrangement and whether the arrangement is active or has been lost.

The new digital application provides taxpayers with an information tool, which facilitates their re-entry into a lost regulation of debts of a legal person or entity [para. d΄ of paragraph 1 of article 49 of the Tax Code and A 1079/2025 AYOO (B΄3493)].

The application is accessed through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), following the route: My Account (Debts, Payments & Refunds) > Debts from co-responsibility

For more information, interested parties can contact the Taxpayer Service Centre of the AADE, my1521:
