With the support of the Municipality of Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Directorate of Culture and Tourism Development, the the Comic Con festival returns for its 10th year in Thessaloniki.
The festival is the leading pop culture event in Greece, which celebrates a decade of presence with an anniversary three-day event full of action, fantasy, play and participation of world-class creators.
From 8 to 10 May 2026, Thessaloniki is transformed into the ultimate meeting point for comics, animation, video games and pop culture lovers.
The Comic Con 10 marks the biggest event in the history of the institution, with a rich program that promises a unique experience for visitors of all ages, from the most passionate fans to those who are just taking their first steps in the industry.
Bringing Heroes to Life
The Comic Con 10 is the perfect excuse to become the hero you’ve always wanted to be. Visitors are invited to don their costume, bring their favorite character to life and celebrate in an environment where cosplay is not only welcome, but an integral part of the experience.
For families in particular, the event is a unique opportunity for children to appear as superheroes, wizards or favorite characters, living their own story within the festival. In a world full of heroes, no one is too young to wear a cape.
For younger visitors up to 8 years old, admission is free.
Level UP!
The tenth anniversary edition of The Comic Con is expanding to three venues: the Ioannis Vellidis Conference Center, Pavilion 6 and Pavilion 5 of TIF-Helexpo, bringing the total floor space to 8.The big new addition is the “Pavilion 5 – Game Area”, a whole area dedicated to gaming, where visitors of all ages can play games at no extra charge with an entrance ticket. The area will be home to modern video games, retro classics, board games, card games and role-playing experiences, as well as a specially designed puzzle zone, where The Comic Con’s National Puzzle Contest will take place on the weekend of May 9-10.
At the same time, the program includes impressive interactive activities such as free roam VR and HADO battles.

The Soundtrack of Emotions
The honoree of the tenth edition is Akira Yamaoka – composer, sound designer and one of the most distinctive creative voices in the world of video games, best known for his work on the Silent Hill series. With his music, he is a key contributor to the contemporary video game aesthetic, highlighting sound as a key element of storytelling and experience, with work that has left a strong footprint far beyond the boundaries of gaming.
Interantional ALL-STARS
The International Guest Area at The Comic Con 10 will feature a record-breaking number of internationally acclaimed creators from the comic book world, including :
Don Rosa. The legendary creator who gave Limehouse City historical depth and a unique narrative identity. The highlight of his career is The Life and State of Scrooge McDuck.
Massimo De Vita. Basic representative of the Disney “Italian School” and creator who shaped generations of readers through Topolino. He has signed iconic stories such as “The Sword of Ice”.
Evan Cagle.One of DC’s most distinctive contemporary comic artists, best known for his Detective Comics covers. His cinematic approach has brought him to titles like The New Gods.

From Greece at MULTIVERSE
As every year, the core of the event consists of Greek creators, which this year will exceed 160. Together with established artists from Greece and abroad, the event continues to support the new generation of creators, offering space and opportunities to emerging talents.
The Greek voice
The voice actor of the tenth edition is Tasos Kostis, one of the most recognizable voices of Greek dubbing. With a long career in theatre, television and cinema, he has lent his voice to beloved characters that have brought up generations of viewers, among them the Police Officer Sainis and Drakumel. His presence is a special opportunity for fans to get to know him up close and personal, hear behind-the-scenes stories from the dubbing process, and discover the man behind the voices that have accompanied them for years.
Bob Katsionis and Dimitris Mendzelos are also heavily involved in this year’s lineup, continuing their creative presence at The Comic Con 10.
