The British prime minister has described the attack on Jews as a shame for the whole country, promising exemplary punishment for the inmates.

But Britain’s prime minister, Kir Starmer, in response to the violent incident at Golders Green.

Speaking before MPs, Starmer did not hesitate to equate the safety of Jewish citizens with that of the entire nation, stating emphatically, “Attacks on our Jewish community are attacks on Britain“.

Starmer expressed his deep concern over the incident, which he described via social media as absolutely abhorrent, stressing that such actions have no place in modern British society.

At the same time, he sent a clear message to the perpetrators, assuring that “those responsible will be brought to justice“.

The British prime minister concluded by reiterating his commitment to protecting all communities, noting that the state would stand by Jewish organisations, and personally thanked those on the front line for their “immediate response” during the incident.
