“I join my voice for transparency and political change,” he said specifically, adding that in this “invitation” by PASOK president Nikos Androulakis for political change, “no one should be missing,” he noted.
According to him, “PASOK is the only coherent pole that can guarantee political dynamics, with a government programme, constitution, institutions, structure and strategic goal on the road to the ballot box.”
Asked whether he would exhaust his term in the European Parliament or participate in the national elections, Nicholas Faradouris said: “I have said that I do not intend to participate in the next national elections because I am a relatively fresh MEP and because I have opened several issues that I would like to complete. I think that the work can be done and can be important from this seat of the European Parliament. My goal and my plan is to continue my mandate and to put my back into this capacity“.
Nikos Farantouris is expected to meet with Nikos Androulakis today, Thursday, at 17:30, at the Parliament.
