ADPE: implementation of the second phase of digital stock reports postponed to 12/10

The deadlines for the start of Phase B of the digital stock movement tracking for all of businesses, by a joint decision of the deputy minister of National Economy and Finance George Kotsiras and the Governor of the ADEA Giorgos Pitsilis,

To for the convenience of the liable companies , the B’ phase is now implemented in stages, with the obligations being divided into distinct stages.

Specifically, according to a joint announcement issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Finance and the SAO:

– from 12/10/2026, the loading, transhipment and receipt procedures for the digital monitoring and traceability of stock movement, as well as the transmission of quantitative and quality control data are activated.

– From 1/1/2027, the Single Item Coding according to the Combined Nomenclature (TARIC) is applied.

Up to the date of commencement of each individual obligation, the possibility of optional transmission of the relevant data to the digital platform myDATA is provided.

At the same time, in the coming days, the new version of the mobile application myDATAapp will be available, which will incorporate scanning and receipt of documents, as well as the functionalities of version 2.0.0 of the timologio application, regarding the second phase of digital stock movement monitoring.

It should be noted that from 1/12/2025, the obligation to digitally issue movement documents and transmit the data of the first phase will apply.

Specifically for olive oil farmers, the start of the relevant obligation has been postponed to 12/10/2026. The postponement is subject to the condition that, upon receipt of the olive crop, a quantitative receipt slip is issued by the mills and afor those who are not included in the entities subject to the first period of application.
