Aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate undergraduates University students and current graduates.

HELLENiQ ENERGY offers the opportunity for internship to Undergraduate and Graduate students of Higher Education Institutions (A.E.I.) of the University Sector of Greece and abroad, who want to gain work experience during their studies, as well as to those graduating during this year of the Program’s implementation.

The Empowering Interns internship programme is part of HELLENiQ ENERGY’s wider framework of initiatives to attract, develop and promote talent, contributing to the creation of the next generation of professionals who will support the energy transition and sustainable development.

Through the programme, students and young graduates have the opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience, actively participating in projects that reflect the current challenges and perspectives of the energy sector. They will work with experienced HELLENiQ ENERGY executives and industry professionals developing their personal and professional skills, while the project they will implement will be presented at the end of the programme, in the context of a special event.

The employment involves both HELLENiQ ENERGY and individual Group companies such as EKO, Enerwave, HELLENiQ Petroleum, HELLENiQ Renewables and HELLENiQ Upstream. The internship will have a duration of two (2) months, will take place during the summer months of July and August and applications are to be submitted online until Sunday 3 May 2026.

The “Empowering Interns” covers a wide range of disciplines and is aimed at students of Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical), Economics and Management Sciences, Computer Science and related disciplines related to the Group’s activities.

Programme Participation Requirements:

  • The graduates must have graduated in the same year as the year of implementation of the Programme.
  • Undergraduate students must have completed at least 60% of the total duration of their studies.
  • The average grade point average, for the total years of study, must be at least 6.5 (very good) or equivalent from an educational institution abroad. For postgraduate students, the marks of their undergraduate degree (undergraduate studies) will be taken into account.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (Proficiency in English).
  • Proficient computer skills
