Titan America SA, a subsidiary of Titan SA, has completed the acquisition of Keystone Cement, a Pennsylvania-based cement and aggregates producer, following an agreement announced on January 9, 2026.

With this completion, the three acquisitions announced by the Group since November 2025 have now been completed:

Vracs de l’Estuaire (Port of Le Havre, France) -grinding plant with an annual clinker grinding capacity of 0.6 million tonnes. tonnes; announced on 6 November 2025 and completed on 2 February 2026

Traçim Çimento (Greater Istanbul, Turkey) -cement plant with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 million tonnes, plus licence rights for a second production line of 2.5 million tonnes. tonnes; which was announced on 11 December 2025 and completed on 5 March 2026

; Keystone Cement (Pennsylvania, United States) -cement plant with an annual clinker production capacity of 990,000 short tons (short tons) and commercial opportunities in the aggregates sector; which was announced on 9 January 2026 and completed on 1 May 2026.

According to a statement, the contribution of the acquisitions, as well as the broader implementation of the TITAN Forward 2029 strategy, will be presented at the Group’s first quarter 2026 results announcement on Thursday 7 May 2026.
