Instant technical support for emergency breakdowns in short-term rental accommodation and hotels up to 55 kVA, PPC is offering a new service, FixItBnB, with 24/7 access to qualified technicians, enabling property owners and managers to feel secure by having immediate access to an electrician, plumber, gas boiler technician or locksmith, at any time of the day.

Fault management with immediate response
In the event of a fault, activation of the service leads to immediate mobilisation of a technician, with cost coverage of up to 400 euros per visit and up to four visits per year. Support is provided on a 24-hour basis, throughout the year. The service covers four key specialties – electrician, plumber, locksmith and gas burner technician – which bring together the most common needs of a short-term rental property.
Fixed cost and additional coverage
FixItBnB has a one-year term and is available for a fee of €7.4 per month, and can only be activated in conjunction with residential or commercial direct electricity products.
The package includes additional Civil Liability insurance through National Insurance, which is mandatory for the operation of short-term rental accommodation, enhancing the level of protection for owners and managers of short-term rental accommodation and hotels up to 55 kVA. In the event of a technical emergency, a 24-hour telephone line (210-3497020) is available, through which the incident is recorded and a technician is dispatched immediately.
