Detailed messages of cooperation and peace at a critical geopolitical juncture, with the aim of enhancing stability and security in the greater Eastern Mediterranean region.

At a period of heightened geopolitical tensions and upheavals in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East, the trilateral cooperation between Greece and Cyprus-Jordan reaffirms its role as a constant pillar of diplomacy and regional security.

The recent meeting at the Foreign Ministers’ level, with the participation of Giorgos Gerapetritis, highlighted the strategic will of the three countries to strengthen their ties and promote joint initiatives aimed at peace, stability and economic cooperation.

Through an enhanced dialogue and coordination, the trilateralism forms a diplomatic framework that aspires to act as a counterweight to the challenges of the region, while enhancing Greece’s role as a factor of balance and security in the wider international environment.

The trilateral Greece-Cyprus-Jordan summit, which was held in the presence of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, was attended by Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis.
