The Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew was received shortly after 1:30 p.m. at the Presidential Palace by Constantinos Tasoulas.
The reception and the warm handshake took place in front of the cameras against the backdrop of the presidential guard.
The Ecumenical Patriarch has already held the historical visit to the ERT , followed by an official lunch with the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
At 17:30 the Ecumenical Patriarch will be the keynote speaker at the event “Timelessness and Ecumenism”, highlighting the historical role and global reach of the Patriarchate.
