At an unabated pace, the Israel military is continuing its attacks on Hamas and Hezbollah, hitting targets in Gaza and Lebanon.
Earlier today, Israel’s military said it had eliminated “high-level terrorists” from Hamas in the Gaza Strip. In another incident that occurred last night (Saturday), forces of the Israeli army’s 14th Armored Brigade combat team, operating in northern Gaza, located two terrorists who were conducting suspicious activities on the ground in the Yellow Line area and approaching the forces in a manner that posed an immediate threat. In both incidents, the Air Force, led by ground forces, “neutralized the terrorists to remove the threat.”
Attacks on 70 Hezbollah targets
Taking stock of its interventions in Lebanon over the past week, the Israeli military informed that 31 Hezbollah fighters were eliminated.
According to the Israeli army, “the 146th Division forces destroyed about 70 terrorist targets and eliminated more than 30 Hezbollah terrorists.” While, “the 551st Brigade Combat Team forces, under the command of the 146th Division, are operating in southern Lebanon, south of the front line of defense, in order to prevent an immediate threat against settlements in the north.” Also yesterday, the Israeli Air Force “eliminated” another “terrorist”, it announced.
According to the Israeli military, today the Air Force “intercepted several missiles detected in the area where IDF forces are operating in south Lebanon.”
