The toxicity and populism contest has begun, and soon we’ll start measuring the contestants’ progress.
Tsipras vs Androulakis pending the third of the contestants, Karistianou, who are listed as second-place contenders for the next election. The contest is expected to be tough, but unfortunately, what they are competing in is also creating a toxic atmosphere in the country.
Alexis Tsipras clearly showed his intentions on Monday night, while Nikos Androulakis has proven that he will fall… fighting in the mire of populism and toxicity, with Maria Karystianou expected to put her cards on the table as well.
The battle is expected to be fierce as catastrophism and divisive rhetoric is certainly a flag for the first two in terms of the policies they will pursue. Suffice it to note that after the PASOK Congress and the slogan “firmly, firmly, let the right go” was heard in the Theatre of Rematia, “Alexis, firmly, let the right go”.
Aurianism is expected to live new and better days. And populism to become a trademark, as was evident from what Alexis Tsipras said in the context of the competition in the left and protest parties.
With the announcement of the party by Alexis Tsipras and the start of the polls in which his party will be included as well as that of Maria Karystianou, scenes of previous decades that have nothing to do with politics and the problems of the citizens will dominate.
