The Ocean Link vessel was intercepted by a Turkish missile boat today (Wednesday).

The vessel, which is building a cable with the permission of the Greek government, is located between Astypalea and Kos.

The Turkish warship claimed that the Ocean Link is moving within an area of Turkish jurisdiction.

The Greek frigate “Adria”, which is sailing in the area, responded by radio, saying the Ocean Link is outside the area of Turkish jurisdiction.

The ship is continuing its normal operations, while the Turkish missile boat has left the area.
