The electoral process at the national level is gradually coming to a close and, according to early indications, DAP-NDFK is expected to retain its first place for the 39th consecutive year.

With the counting already underway in most student associations, the picture shows that, the party is moving at similar levels of absolute votes compared to previous years, despite a slight drop in participation nationwide.

In second place is estimated to be Panspoudassian, which is showing a drop in both absolute votes and percentage, while third and fourth place is expected to be moved by PASP and EAC, with a small difference between them.

DAP-NDFK denounces the practices of the Panchayat regarding the conduct of the electoral process and the violation of the inter-party framework agreement, to which it is a co-signatory. Specifically, in the International University of Greece and in a number of student associations around the country, the student faction of the KKE proceeded with an autonomous ballot procedure, without the participation of the other factions, refusing to accept the actual result recognized by the other forces.

In addition, at the ballot box of the Economics Department of the University of Athens, the election process was repeatedly interrupted by the responsibility of PKK officials, without any substantial reason, creating obstacles to the smooth participation of students and the exercise of their democratic right. These practices attempt to distort the overall election result and present an image that does not correspond to the will of the student community, which for yet another year expresses its confidence in the positions and proposals of the DAP-NDFK.

The results of the 13 May 2026 student elections are being broadcast in real time and in accordance with the integration via https://www.dap.gr/ekloges/2026/. It will be possible to view the results in aggregate, by Foundation and by Association.
