The DEP has started offering fixed telephony services through the company’s internet network.
As announced, People’s fixed internet PPC Fiber, is being enriched with an additional fixed telephony service, giving subscribers the ability to combine high-speed internet with voice services, with a charge of EUR 4 per month for fixed telephony.
As PPC says, the new additional fixed telephony services use the Voice Over Broadband (VoBB) technology, making the best use of PPC’s proprietary FiberGrid network with 100% fiber to the home (FTTH), ensuring high quality communication, reliable connectivity experience and voice services, guaranteed by the PPC Group.
Giorgos Karakousis, deputy managing director of PPC Group Commercial Affairs, said, “With the addition of fixed telephony services (Add On), PPC Fiber further enhances the communication and connectivity experience it offers, giving customers more flexibility and more choices so that they can choose the services that best suit their needs. The basic Add On of the new fixed line service includes unlimited calls to national fixed and mobile phones, as there is the option to add additional Add On with 1.000 minutes for international calls to landlines to 35 selected destinations at a monthly charge of €10.
Supports all basic telephony functions, with the option of keeping the same number or renumbering, caller ID, forwarding, call waiting and emergency calls, ensuring a complete and familiar user experience for the end customer. Activation is easily accomplished through a simple application, with no need for additional equipment, as it leverages existing PPC Fiber equipment.
A prerequisite for acquiring additional fixed telephony services is an internet connection to a PPC Fiber plan.
DEH Fiber is available in three internet plans, with speeds of 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps and prices of €17.90, €19.90 and €52.90, respectively, designed to meet the needs of every household and professional.
All plans are based on 100% fiber to the home (FTTH) and offer guaranteed ultra-high speeds, stable performance and affordable prices.
