Paul Marinakis left the political news for a while, picked up the basketball and made his own predictions for the Euroleague.
With just hours to go before the start of the big basketball date of the year at the Telekom Center Athens, the Deputy Minister of State to the Prime Minister and government spokesman, Paulos Marinakis, chose to get into Final Four rhythms in a completely different way.
He shared his passion for basketball and answered a series of “quick” and subversive questions.
Mr. Marinakis didn’t hesitate to take a stand on the faces that have made and are making history on European floors. He named his own favorite player of all time in the competition, and gave a vote of confidence to the athlete who would like to have the ball in his hands for the critical last minute assist.
He also expressed his opinion on who is the most accomplished player currently playing in the Euroleague, as well as the top coach in the history of the institution.
