The Olympiacos is counting down to the big battle against Real Madrid in the Final 4, with Tyler Dorsey standing by both the importance of experience and the work that has been done all season.

The international guard spoke at the press conference before the final and made it clear that the Reds are well aware of what such a big game requires, as the core of the team has remained the same for years.

Dorsey’s statements

“Good morning (in Greek). I’m excited to go to this final. It’s a blessing and an opportunity to play this final in our country, in front of our audience.”

The Olympiacos player also spoke about the consistency of the roster, noting that the team knows how to handle such situations.

“Not much has changed since the previous Final 4. We’ve been playing together for years, we know what we need to do and it’s just a matter of what adjustments we make against a very good team.”

The “thank you” to Bartzokas

The Dorsey did not fail to mention Giorgos Bartzokas, publicly thanking him for the trust he has shown him throughout the season.

“It takes years of work to get to a moment like this. Thanks to coach Bartzokas for giving me the opportunity and here we are at the chance we’ve been waiting for all season.”
