Operating profits of €304 million and net income of €130.1 million have been announced by ADMNO for 2025.

The Board of Directors of the Company has proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders a dividend distribution of €62.9 million from the net profit for the year.

According to the results announced today, investments last year remained at a high level, amounting to €633 million. euros, mainly due to the electrical interconnections between Crete and Attica – operational since last year – and southern Cyclades.

Total revenues for 2025 were €456.6 million, a slight decrease compared to 2024.

In particular, as reported by ADMIE, transmission system rental revenues decreased compared to 2024 by 2%, as a result of a decrease in interconnection usage rights revenues and a significant delay in the implementation of unit charges leading to under-recovery of revenue.

Balancing market revenue amounted to €18.9 million for 2025, up €0.4 million compared to 2024.
Due to the inclusion of the Crete-Attica interconnection project in ADMIE’s Regulated Asset Base in November 2025, the Group’s depreciation and amortisation amounted to EUR 124.3 million in 2025, an increase of EUR 7.8 million compared to 2024.
