Government team led by the Vice-Chairman of the Government and Vice-Chairman of the Kostis Hatzidakis is touring the municipality of Kilkis.
Once again, Kilkis has been at the centre of the government’s planning for the regional development, as a government team headed by the Vice President of the Government and of New Democracy, Costis Hatzidakis, held a series of contacts with representatives of local government, the business world and the primary sector. The focus of the discussions was on the prospects for boosting investment, support for manufacturing, the competitiveness of Greek businesses and the issues that concern farmers in the region, with Mr. Hatzidakis sending a message of confidence in the country’s productive forces, underlining that the Greek economy is gaining an increasingly strong footprint in international markets through externalization and the strengthening of domestic production.
The region of Kilkis is being visited today by a government delegation headed by Vice President of the Government and New Republic Costis Hatzidakis with the participation of Secondary Minister of Rural Development Thanasis Kavvadas, the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament George Georgantas, who are meeting with city stakeholders.

Kosti Hatzidakis visited a large pasta industrial plant where he was impressed to learn that the company sells pasta to Italy, a sign that Greek industry is on the right track.
