Significant new features and functional enhancements are now available in the mobile app myDATAapp.

As announced by the Independent Authority for Public Revenues, the new upgrade enhances the digital modernization of its DIRS and facilitates the smooth integration of businesses into the obligations of the Phase B of the Digital Inventory Movement.

The new version (1.0.18.29) is enriched with functionalities related to both the issuance of movement documents and their digital tracking and tracing, via QR code scanning or selection of the appropriate button.

Thus, as highlighted in the announcement, full harmonisation with the current tax framework is ensured, while – in conjunction with the postponement of the start date of the mandatory implementation of Phase B – businesses are provided with an extended trial period in real-life conditions.

Specifically:

1. Digital stock movement:

– New types of Movement Documents are added (9.1-Shipment Document Related, 9.2-Assembled Shipment Document and 10.2-Quantity Receipt Document).

– The possibility of issuing a Shipment Document with the indication “Reverse Movement” is provided (for documents of type 9.3).

– Transmission of documents with loss of interface is supported (for types 9.1, 9.2 and 10.2).

– Transmission of Packing Item data is enabled for movement documents.

– It is enabled to register and associate multiple MAPCs with the issued movement documents.

– The registration of the Movement Purpose at the line level of items moved is supported, and a new movement purpose “Other Movements” has been added.

– Phase B functionalities for digital tracking and traceability of movement are incorporated, which include:

– Initiation of movement

– Transshipments by Carrier

– Delivery by Carrier (full, partial or no delivery)

– Completion of receipt by Receiver

2. New “Favorites” functionality:Users now have the ability to add documents to their “Favorites” in order to reissue them easily and directly through the application.
