Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke about the elections of 2027, his son’s marriage to Maria Sakkari, and the World Cup.
Upon his arrival at the studios of ANT1 studios for his interview with Nikos Hatzinikolaou, the prime minister had a more relaxed conversation with the camera of the show “To Proino,” commenting on topics beyond daily political current events.
What Kyriakos Mitsotakis said about his son’s wedding to Sakkaris
When asked about the upcoming wedding of his son Konstantinos Mitsotakis to Maria Sakkaris, the prime minister responded with humor, avoiding giving further details.
“I can’t talk about such matters right now; I’ll get in trouble. But okay, let’s get started. May the children be well and happy,” he said characteristically.
Referring to this year’s summer, he noted that his “vacation” will mainly be at the Maximos Mansion, adding, however, that he intends to spend a few days in Crete and, as he said, “hopefully even a weekend in Tinos.”
Elections in 2027 -A jacket will be enough
Kyriakos Mitsotakis also referred to the Basket League finals between Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, as well as the upcoming World Cup, even revealing that he had adjusted his schedule in order to watch the fifth game of the series.
When asked about the timing of the national elections and whether citizens would be wearing swimsuits or pants at that time, the prime minister gave yet another humorous answer, reiterating that the polls will be held in the spring of 2027.
“Elections in 2027, in the spring. A light jacket will be enough,” he said characteristically.
