In the fifth and final final of the playoffs, held at the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF), the “Red-and-Whites” prevailed 89-85 over their archrival and clinched the 3-2 lead in the finals series.
With this victory, Olympiacos won the 16th championship in its history and its second in a row, adding yet another title to its collection.
The Piraeus team ended the season in ideal fashion, as after winning the Euroleague, it also celebrated reaching the top of Greek basketball, confirming its dominance both at home and abroad.
