The three arrested men allegedly involved in the case of Kefalonia of the 19-year-old Mirtos girl death are brought before the investigating judge and the prosecutor Kefalonia .
They were charged with criminal charges, which were upgraded to manslaughter with intent by omission, with reference to Articles 299 and 15 of the Penal Code.
According to information received so far, the police investigation based on video footage, witness statements and other crucial findings, while authorities proceeded to the seizure of mobile phones, clothing and personal items being examined as part of the preliminary investigation.
As revealed from the investigation, the movements of the defendants before and during the transfer of the 19-year-old woman to the square, as well as the subsequent actions of the 23-year-old man, who allegedly proceeded to diligently clean up an area where, according to authorities, the defendants were with the deceased woman using drugs.
At the same time, a team of the Criminal Investigation Bureau conducted photography and a thorough exploration of the placewhere the events allegedly unfolded, while biological material was also taken for laboratory analysis.
The funeral service for 19-year-old Myrto will be held today, at 15:00, at the Holy Metropolis of Argostoli.
