The news of the loss of a minor boy from Patras, who passed away after months of hospitalization.
The child had been facing serious health problems from the very beginning of his life and, despite the exhaustive efforts of the doctors and nursing staff, he was unable to survive, plunging his family into mourning.
According to the local media outlet tempo24, the timeline of his health ordeal began in Athens, where, due to the severity of his condition, the little boy underwent surgery at the Agia Sofia Children’s Hospital.
Subsequently, the child returned to Achaea and was admitted to the “Agios Andreas” Hospital, where he remained hospitalized for a very long time.
Despite the constant medical monitoring and ongoing care he received, his health deteriorated irreversibly, and he passed away today.
