In a sharp post, former Health Minister Thanos Plevris categorically denied reports that involve him in a case related to the period of pandemic of coronavirus.
Using the phrase “liars erase“, he released an excerpt of the case file that was submitted to Parliament, seeking to clarify its contents and to refute the relevant allegations.
According to the documents he presented, the case concerns an official matter from his time in the Ministry of Health portfolio, specifically a complaint by an official who alleged that the then minister did not pursue criminal charges against another official.
Mr. Pleyris argues that this evidence dispels reports that the European Public Prosecutor’s Office was involved and accusations were made against him during the pandemic.
