Extension of the completion deadline for all “I Save” programs implemented through the Recovery and Resilience Fund announced the Ministry of Environment and Energy.
The goal, as stated, is to support citizens and businesses, as well as to ensure the smooth completion of energy retrofit projects.
The new deadline for beneficiaries to complete the work is set for Friday, July 17, 2026, and applies to the following specific programs:
• Save 2021
• Save 2023
• Save – Renovate for Youth
• Save 2025
• “Save Energy – Business & Equipment Replacement”
“The “Save Energy” programs are a key tool for reducing energy costs for households and businesses, upgrading the building stock, and enhancing energy efficiency,” notes the Ministry of Environment and Energy.
Given the completion of the Recovery and Resilience Fund, the new deadline is final and no further extension is planned. The ministry urges beneficiaries to take the necessary steps immediately to complete their projects within the specified timeframe.”
