Kyriakos Pierrakakis, as Minister of National Economy and President of the Eurogroup, conducted a working visit to , praising the Hungarian government’s new, steadfast European orientation.
Mr. Pierrakakis had the opportunity to discuss with the country’s leadership, confirming the excellent atmosphere of cooperation and the convergence of views on current economic and institutional issues facing the European Union.
Following his meetings, the President of the Eurogroup publicly expressed his warm thanks to his hosts, noting: “I would like to thank Prime Minister Péter Magyar and Finance Minister András Kármán for our successful meeting today in beautiful Budapest.”
As he emphasized in his post, the stance taken by Magiar and Kárman serves as a guarantee for the country’s future path within European institutions, as “your government’s clear words and concrete actions reflect Hungary’s European path.”
