The car was located in an area near the club, while the intervention of the fire-fighting forces and the police was immediate. So far, no explosive device has been found, with the cause of the fire being investigated.
The State Security has taken over the investigation, examining all possibilities surrounding the incident.
At the same time, a previously unknown group called “Kyriakos Xymitis Group – Solidarity in Ampelokipoi” has reportedly assumed responsibility for the burglary, according to a telephone call to the Journal of Editors.
