Comments on the way the European Public Prosecutor’s Office case is being handled by the Transport and Infrastructure Konstantinos Kyranakis.

As he said, he considers the way the case was handled “strange”, noting that while the investigation is legitimate, questions arise as to the consistency of the actions.

Specifically, he noted that in the OPEKEPE file, dialogue and names of MPs from other parties, such as Paulos Polakis and Manolis Hnaris, are mentioned, claiming that they were allegedly involved in similar actions.

Kyranakis wondered why they are not also being asked for a waiver of immunity, as is the case in other cases.
