With a broad consensus, the plenary of the Parliament has approved the waiver of immunity of 13 MEPs in the OPEKEPE case.
With a broad majority and no group differences, the plenary session of the House of Representatives approved the request for the waiver of immunity of 13 MPs whose names are mentioned in the two new documents of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office in the OPEKEPE case.
The nominative vote involved 288 MPs (9 absent) and for each of the 13 cases the result is as follows:
