Message to Vladimir Putin from the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski stressing that his country can sit at the table of talks in Azerbaijan.
He made it clear, however, that a precondition is a corresponding stance from Moscow with this statement coming after his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
In particular, Zelensky noted that Kiev is ready to start dialogue with Russia immediately, provided there is a response.
Other issues were raised at the meeting between the two leaders. The focus was on energy cooperation, as well as strengthening ties in the military industry.
