Health Minister Adonis Georgiades was at Delphi, but also “showed up” at the ECAB conference, utilizing technology via hologram.

From Delphi and the Economic Forum in particular, at the Emergency Medicine conference of the EKAB, Adonis Georgiades chose a different way of being present. Although he participated in the Forum’s proceedings, he managed to be present at the second event via hologram.

This intervention stood out, as such applications are not common in Greece. He commented that technology now allows simultaneous participation in different places.

In a post he said: “While I was at the Delphi for the Economic Forum, I was also invited by the ECAB for a welcome address at the conference. I chose to appear via holograph… the future is already here.”
