The Alexandra Sdoukou accused Nikos Androulakis of institutional confusion and attacks on Justice, stressing the need to respect procedural rules.

A particularly sharp statement was made by New Democracy press spokeswoman Alexandra Sdoukou, directing her arrows against the President of PASOK on the occasion of his recent reactions to the wiretapping case.

The Sdoucou stressed that the functioning of Justice in Greece is clearly defined through the ranks of the Prior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, noting meaningfully that television channels and press conferences.

According to the party’s representative, there is a phenomenon where, every time a court decision is not liked by political figures, an orchestrated attack against the institutions is launched.

Mrs. Androulakis are in a state of deep political confusion, as they are unable to separate their political desire to investigate a case from the procedural procedure itself, which is defined by the rule of law.

In conclusion, she clarified that in the Greek legal order, procedural rules dominate and not communication purposes.

She even stressed that it is fundamental to understand that the political aspect of a debate is something completely different from the procedural, calling on the leadership of Charilaou Trikoupis to respect institutional procedures instead of investing in creating impressions through the public sphere.
