New context for the Market Pass is being worked on. The measure is to help households buy food and basic items.
Initial estimates placed payments in early fall. However, there are scenarios for developments in the summer. The total budget comes to 400 million.
The aid will be given through digital vouchers. recipients will receive them in a mobile or email. They will be able to use them digitally or in print for purchases at supermarkets and basic goods stores. Exceptions include smoke products and lucky toys.

The amount starts from 40 euro and increases according to the composition of the household.
The retroactive payments significantly boost the final amount:
- 6 months: €240
- 12 months: €480
- 18 months: €720
- 24 months: €960
- 30 months: to 1.200€
The first payment will include retrospective, with subsequent payments being made on a monthly basis.

- Former beneficiaries of the program (as in effect through 1/3/2024)
- Citizens in extreme poverty with a certificate from social services
