More than 550 expressions of interest from Greeks professionals from abroad, five international missions in four years, more than 1,000 contacts with diaspora executives and a community of 102 repatriated professionals.
The figures accompanying this year’s Alpha Bank presence at Rebrain Greece London illustrate in numbers the extent of an initiative that is gaining an ever-growing footprint. At a time when the return of skilled executives to Greece is at the focus, the numbers record a momentum that is steadily strengthening.
With this in mind, Alpha Bank’s participation this year in Rebrain Greece Londonconfirmed the increased interest around the prospect of Greek professionals returning to the country.
Alpha Bank participated for the fifth consecutive time in the Rebrain Greece event organized in London by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and aimed at the return of Greek professionals living and working abroad. At the event, which featured MinisterNiki Kerameos as a keynote speaker, Alpha Bank collected over 550 expressions of interest from participants considering repatriation with the bank as their employer of choice.
Led by Alpha Bank’s Chief of Corporate Center and General Counsel Mr. Nikos Salakas, senior executives of the bank spoke with highly skilled Greek professionals who are considering repatriation to continue their career in Greece. The discussions focused on the available roles, Alpha Bank’s business strategy and culture, the required skills and knowledge, as well as career development prospects within the Group.
On the sidelines of the event, Mr. Nikos Salakas stated: “The excellent response from Greek professionals abroad demonstrates that brain regain now has a substantial content and perspective.
