The Kyriakos Mitsotakis from the 16th Congress of the New Democracy sent a message of stability, security and perspective.

Thereby highlighting the reasons why he is deemed best suited for prime minister on the road to the next election and the timeline of 2030.

The dilemma in the next elections, as he himself pointed out, is not “Mitsotakis or chaos”, but is more specific and concerns who the citizens want to lead the country. That is, the dilemma or dilemmas will be “Mitsotakis or Androulakis“, “Mitsotakis or Tsipras“, “Mitsotakis or Konstanopoulou” and so on.

What does this mean? Quite simply it means that citizens will be asked to compare and judge regarding the prospects for the future in all areas. In the economy in education, in health, in infrastructure and of course in the international role of the country and in its security and defence armouring.

As he said, the question is who will pick up the three-digit telephone when the dawn breaks and who will contact allies and beyond, as is the question of who can solve the problems.

The Prime Minister and President of the New Democracy spoke sending messages of unity and rallying and also messages of hope based on the achievements of this government. Those promised before 2019 and implemented by 2023 and those promised before the 2023 elections and implemented or continues to implement to date in terms of reforms and cuts.

And all this in the midst of international crises and constant turmoil at the global level, but with a focus on the wider region of Eastern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis addressed all citizens. And to those who trusted him for two consecutive four yearsbut also to those who want a Greece that is progressing and growing.

On the other hand, there is a side,a “opposite bank”as he described it, that fails to draw up a plan for the country and a program for dealing with the problems, choosing mud, conspiracy theories and fake news as well as catastrophism and extreme populism.

Each party individually and all together remain by choice on the other side not from New Democracy and the government but from the problems of the citizens and their expectations.

This is the difference that shapes the current scene.
