Video from his visit to Sparta but also from his… prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis posted on social media.

During his visit, the prime minister had the opportunity to meet and talk with citizens. “This is Sparta applies here,” he can be heard saying in the video, while greeting citizens.

The prime minister took selfies and was invited to talk to a class of students: “Hi guys,” he told them. Seeing a little dog, he said he asked the piat if he would accompany him but he declined.

Then he visited the working site of the Sparta Hospital, which is one of three new public hospitals to be built and equipped with funds from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s International Health Initiative.

“As you can see, and this hospital is truly an architectural jewel, a state-of-the-art hospital, which I believe will become a benchmark not only for Sparta and Laconia, but for the entire Peloponnese,” the prime minister said.

The video concludes with the ceremony of the performance of the protection and enhancement works of Mystras and the Museum Exhibitions at the Palace of the Despots.
