The DPA proceeded to complete a significant disbursement cycle, based on extensive administrative and cross-checking controls.
Special emphasis was placed on the clearing and release of parcels, a process critical to ensure the legality of payments and the proper targeting of payments.
After offsets of €264,613.16 in all aid categories due to debts from previous years, the total amount of appropriations amounts to €201,977,212.74.
The payments concern a wide range of aids, covering tens of thousands of beneficiaries. In total, aid was paid to 128,063 unique beneficiaries, while offsets were made to 1,075 unique beneficiaries.
Focus on checks and parcels
This payment is characterised by the extensive processing and release of a very large number of parcels, which could only be paid after checks and data cross-checks.
In particular:
- 185,151 parcels were released and paid following ownership checks.
- 86,383 parcels were released and paid following evaluation of newer data from objections to the results of the Land Monitoring System (monitoring).
- 2,801 parcels were released and paid after cross-checking with the Cadastre (KAEK).
- 19,804 parcels were paid after corrections of data related to Greek State records in the Cadastre.
In total, more than 294,000 parcels were led to payment, exclusively after control, which demonstrates the intensity and quality of the interventions,in order to ensure the correct distribution of aid.
The DFA continues to consistently make payments of agricultural payments and programs for the second quarter of 2026, implementing a modern, controlled and efficient payment management model, with the next scheduled payment for Intervention P3-71 (Compensatory Compensation) of the 2023-2027 SCAP by Maundy Thursday, April 9.
